The project covers the design and delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 constructs to achieve &lt;a href="https://bio-protocol.org/en/bpdetail?id=3796&amp;amp;type=0" target="_blank" rel="noopener">targeted deletion in Arabidopsis&lt;/a>, selection of edited lines, and seed-selection using fluorescent reporters such as mCherry, shown here marking successfully transformed seed.
The hands-on training builds on the lab&amp;rsquo;s ongoing work at the interface of RNA biology, gene expression, and epigenomics, and strengthens our capacity for precise genome engineering approaches across projects.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
